Timetable New Schedule All classes are now back In Person and are designed to help you relax, rebalance & re-energise both physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually. Simply choose which type of session and level is right for you using the guideline below, check out the timetable and get booked in to your first class today.
The Gentle Class: This is aimed for the older generation and/or those who may have physical disabilities and need to work more slowly and/or from a chair. This class is also suitable for those wanting to work more on their breathing and meditation and take their physical practice a bit easy.
The Beginner Classes: These are ideal for those who are either completely new to practise or have been practising less than 2 years or who want to take things easy.
Mixed Ability Classes: These are suitable for both beginners and those who are more advanced as all postures and routines are worked up in stages, so there is something for everyone.
The Intermediate Class: This is obviously for those who have been practicing for some time, understand the foundations of their practice and who are now looking for more of a challenge both physically, mentally and spiritually.
Pregnancy Classes: I do not run any specific pregnancy classes but pregnant ladies are welcome to all classes, except the advance class, as the majority of the exercises are fine to practice when pregnant and where not alternative postures etc can be given.

Timetable 2024 Class Changes
The Monday Evening Class will be moving to Scorton Village Hall as from Monday 6th Nov 2023.
Also the Thursday evening class is no longer running on a regular basis, however I will be running a monthly Yoga for Men Class for beginners & improvers. To see full details about each class including venue & pricing please click on the "Book Now" tab. To book into a class click the "Book Now" tab again and it will ask you to "Purchase a Product" (this means a single class pass of block of classes). You will then see the price of each type of pass, select the one you want and allocate to the respective sessions.

Private 1-2-1 & Small Group Sessions Private 1-2-1 and small group session are available on Zoom or In Person. Whether you are wanting to treat yourself for that special occasion or need your own tailor made session on a weekly basis, please call or email me and I will be happy to assist. Prices start from £40 an hour and gift vouchers can be purchased too.
