All my sessions are currently running live on Zoom, with In Person sessions due to start back too from the end of May! All classes are designed to help you relax, rebalance & re-energise both physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually. Just choose which type of session and level is right for you using the guideline below, check out the timetable & click here to book your class or use link above to receive your 1st session Free!

The Gentle Class: This is aimed for the older generation and/or those who may have physical disabilities and need to work more slowly and/or from a chair.  This class is also suitable for those wanting to work more on their breathing and meditation and take their physical practice a bit easy.

The Beginner/Improver Classes: These are ideal for those who are either new to practise or those who are progressing with their practice but do not feel comfortable being in a mixed ability class. 

Mixed Ability Classes: These are suitable for both beginners and those who are more advanced as all postures and routines are worked up in stages, so there is something for everyone.

The Intermediate/Advanced Class: This is obviously for those who have been practicing for some time, understand the foundations of their practice and who are now looking for more of a challenge both physically, mentally and spiritually.

Pregnant ladies are welcome to all classes, except the advance class, as the majority of the exercises are fine to practice when pregnant and where not alternative postures etc can be given.

If you are new and not booked a session before, please click here to register with Momoyoga first and take a moment to complete my online Health Form, if not already, thank you.

Once registered log in and book your session following these 4 simple steps:  1) Choose your class from the schedule & click the "Book now" button, 2) Click on "Buy new product" & choose which type of class pass you would like, 3) Make your secure payment, 4) Allocate your credits to the class or classes you have chosen to attend.

 Private Lessons

If you would like to have a private one to one session on Zoom or In Person please call or email me and I will be happy to assist. Prices start from £40 an hour for one to one sessions and gift vouchers can be purchased too.
